For as long as we’ve been alive, humans and animals all over the world have looked to nature for healing and used plants as medicine. Plants are an integral part of most traditional healing systems.
Just as we are more than an individual body part or specific diagnosis, health is more than the absence of disease. It is a state of wellbeing and balance. Plant medicine can support you to bring balance to many different levels of your being – including physical, emotional, spiritual and energetic – so that you can be in good health and walk in your power.
As an herbalist, I work to support balance across all aspects of your being and treat your whole person. My clients include people who “just want to feel healthier in general,” people with specific physical issues, people who are trying to shift emotional patterns (e.g. boundaries in relationships etc.), and people who want to move stuck energy in their bodies.
